A few customers have warned us, that downloading Sonargraph via Deutsche Telekom became extremely slow since a few weeks. It seems that there is intentional throttling going on for certain data from the US. The best way to circumvent this problem is to use a VPN. With Nord VPN we were able to reach very fast download speeds in Germany and other counties.
